Plate gasket
As flimsy as they are you should get at least 5 for the price. I have mine sealed with RTV. So having a removable plate is pointless.

Cover plate gasket
With only 1 job half way done, the cork gasket fell apart and now leaks all over when filling and using. No replacement in the provided maintenance kit. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality considering it's a $1,600 tool. Now I have to order and pay for the part and shipping. It will not arrive in time to finish the job, so this amazing" tool will sit useless while I use my pan and knives."
