This is an OEM NorthStar 10" Flat Box Wiper Seal, part #FFB-03-10.  Over time your gasket will wear out and potentiality leak.  Replace it with this NorthStar 10" wiper seal and it will fix your problem.

These side plate spacers for the TapeTech Taper were upgraded from previous versions.  Previous version of this consisted of 2 threaded rods.
