This is an OEM NorthStar 10" Flat Box Wiper Seal, part #FFB-03-10.  Over time your gasket will wear out and potentiality leak.  Replace it with this NorthStar 10" wiper seal and it will fix your problem.

This is a replacement pair of genuine Dura-Stilt III arch straps.  The strap measures 20 1/2".  They are part #7 on the schematic.   Don't take a chance with your safety.  If your stilt straps are worn out, replace them.
