Can I use commercial lubricants like WD-40 on my TapeTech tools?
There are many commercially available lubricant products on the market. Most are designed for specific uses. Our experience is that many lubricants can cause some of the rubber parts used in ATF tools to swell, making the tools operate less effectively. We recommend using Ames Bazooka Oil or 3-in-1 oil when lubricating your TapeTech Automatic Taping and Finishing Tools.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at 1-800-458-7895. Once an order had been shipped we can not change or cancel them. At that point, you can request to return the item.
Which deliveries will be charged sales tax?
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to Minnesota.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We can ship most items to a P.O. Box. This excludes oversized items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers. You will receive a message during checkout if the item is not eligible to ship to a PO Box.
When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
Al's Taping Tools has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, in most cases. When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate or authorized address. If your credit card company does not allow this, simply have them list the address in your account notes or memo area. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order.
Note that orders purchased with the Wells Fargo Card can only be shipped to the billing address.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return it within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be in new condition, with no marks, damage, or wear in original packaging. Authorization is not needed, however, a call to our Customer Service Department 1-800-458-7895 may help you avoid an unnecessary return.
