31 - 10" Flat Box Blade

We used this product for the first time on a large custom home. We have applied three layers of primer and paint. Each time, after roughly two weeks, the yellow and blue bleed through the paint. Last month we applied a Killz primer and paint and it bled through again. The owner, Mel, refuses to assist in finding a solution. He promised to mail us his primer product which he guaranteed would stop the bleeding. He never sent the product despite talking to me and the drywall contractor three or four times. I would stay far, far away from this product. I have no idea how I am going to stop the bleeding effect.
