When using this sander with the DeWalt 8 Gallon HEPA Vacuum with Auto Filter Cleaning really helps with creating a dust-free environment. That is a very important thing especially if you are doing remodel jobs. Also this vac is specifically designed to work with this sander. Just plug the sander power cord into the vacuum. This allows you to turn the vacuum on or off with the power button on the sander.
Adding Norton Back-Up Pad to the sander allows you to use hook & loop sanding discs. It is so much easier to replace or swap out your sanding discs.
