All Returns & Exchanges require a verbal return authorization before anything is shipped back to us. A full refund ,minus actual shipping costs, will be issued when an item is returned UN-USED within 30 days of purchase, there Could be a 15% restocking fee applied for any UN-USED Items returned after 30 days.

Merchandise that is used and found to be defective will, at Al's Taping Tools sole discretion and accordance with manufacturers warranty, be repaired or exchanged without additional charges. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
