AST 420 Diesel Spray Rig

The 420 is our BIG DOG. This is the largest trailer mounted rig we make. If you are considering this rig you are probably a large operator spraying 5 or 6 days a week and need to keep up with the demand for your services.

The 420 comes equipped with our new stainless steel pump which includes the butterfly valve.

The 1/4” box tubing frame is beefed up to 2”X 6”. The hitch size is 2-5/16” and is removable with bolts to easily adjust the height to match the tow vehicle.

Like the other Diesels the frame is extended to distribute the towing load better and provide working space or storage on the front tongue. The tank is recessed into the frame resulting in a lower profile making it easier to load dry or box mud into the tank.

Your new machine will have infinite control of mixing speed and pump speed at your finger tips. Mixing is a snap and adjusting your spray pattern will be easy.
